Should be:
I had an agreement to purchase a vehicle with a previous employer.
We had a contract, that stated nothing about the vehicle.
How can you have a contract on a vehicle THAT STATES NOTHING ABOUT
THE VEHICLE!!!!!???
It ( The contract? ) said that i had borrowd ( borrowed ) 3400 dollars and
would continue to pay on it until it ( The contract? ) was payed off. Or (
comma ) incase ( In the case of? ) of termintaion ( termination ) the hole (
whole / entire ) amount would be due.... ( Just one period would suffice )
I was layed off ( laid-off ) and they ( The finance company ) said that they
would take the vehicle back, "cause" ( BECAUSE ), i ( I ) did not have the
hole ( WHOLE ) amount of money..
Let's try:
As per my lay off the finance company advised that they would take the
vehicle back because I was not able to pay the full amount at the time.
Well ( take out well ) we made a verbal agreement for me to continue to pay
on it..
There was a verbal agreement made ( Umm to who? Is this to do with the
finance company or your employer )
Well I got about a month behind, ( Must have been more than that ) and
they repoed ( REPOSSESSED ) it and sold it, before i could get the money to
them....Is there anything i can do, or does anyone have any advice..?..
In closing,
1. Was this financed? and if so, What finance company?
2. Was this financed via your previous employer?
3. How many days were you REALLY behind?
4. Did you make an attempt to advise that you would be late on your
payment? ( VERY IMPORTANT )
5. If you work with them, they will work with you.
