I had some financial difficulties and agreed upon a payment
plan with Hyundai. They deferred one payment for me and I
paid the interest. My latest statement clearly showed no
late charges and only the one payment due. Eleven days
after this due date they came and reposessed it. Then they
gave me 10 days from the repo to come up with 3 pmts + repo
fee + storage fees, all amounting to about $1600. When I
tried to talk to them they were rude and terse with me.
They shuffled me through telephone hell. It was almost
impossible to speak to a real person, even to find out the
whereabouts of my car. My personal property was taken along
with the car. I was told there would be a $65 fee to get
them back. Do I have any rights at all in this matter. I
feel like Hyundai has really put me through the ringer.
