i have a question,,,i missed a couple of payments on my
SUV.the repo man was putting it on his tow truck,i drove it
off &away.i live out of state now.can criminal charges be
filed against me?is my truck considered a stolen vehicle?
what may possibly happen if im pulled over for speeding,or
somthing of that nature?i found out that auto loans are
insured,so in a case like this the bank dosent loose
out.and the insurance co. sends an investigator to locate
the vehicle.what kind of legal trouble ,if any, have i
gotten myself into?thank you for your time
