A lawyer's fee for Workers Compensation have to
be "reasonable" and approved by the judge. Customary fees are
20% to 25%. An attorney can take the fee gross or net. Net
makes more sense. Why take a fee on the expense of the rating
    and cost of medical records?
If you have already entered into a contract that addresses
whether fees are taken on the gross or on the net, you will
    be bound by the contract.
