    Of course, I meant --someday-- it'll all be online. As to
    malpractice- If your opponent or the court has a more recent
    case --you lose! Ask your client as to malpractice. I know
    judges who routinely search during hearing & loooove to sandbag
    with a better case. You can up date your research without
    Sheppards by searching the casenames you have or even the topic
    (if you're sure the search is broad enough).
