I am aware of an individual that has filed multiple workman
comp suites in various states and has collected tens of
thousands of dollars as a result, one claim I believe was
for over $50,000.00. This individual has also been
determined as permanently disabled and is now able to draw
a monthly check. This person in fact has had neck surgery
in the past but also this person hanged himself by the neck
with a rope. I realize this sounds bizarre but I swear it
is the truth for I am the person that cut him down. This
person I have learned is a convicted multiple felon and is
now able to sit back and live off of the insurance company
and social security which I feel is very wrong. I have
contacted several law enforcement agencies with information
in the past but so far nothing has been done that I am
aware of. I do not know the name of the insurance company
that has paid these claims since it took place in three
states. Is there anyway that I can notify someone that may
perhaps be mildly interested in this fraud?
