Re: Extradition Laws
Posted by Charlotte Beaver on 5/24/07

    Tracy,

The only thing I know is coming from my brother who is in prison
and he says look up the " Shuttle Law". I'm am trying to make
sure this law exists and is what he say's it is. Also look up the
Uniform Mandatory dispositon of detainer law. also known as the
UMDDL law. It states that If your Extridited to a state thay
should keep you long enough to satisfy all wants and warrents
within the Jurisdictin of the state. Once finished you should be
sent to the sending state Immediately. I'm also looking for the
information to make sure this is still standing. I'm dealing with
the state of Kansas and if i"m right they cannot call him back on
    the same warrents.
