1990-1991. An petition for adoption was denied at Boston
University Stone Moot court by a traveling judge. My
attorney at the time is no longer practicing law. I do not
recall the name of the judge. Father was not interested in
allowing his daughter to be legally adopted by my husband.
I cannot find documentation of this court proceeding. Most
of the case was heard a Dedham Probate Court. There is no
paperwork for the day at BU in the court dockett. Help!!
The father claims that he is not responsible for child
support because he "thought" that the child was adopted.
If someone can tell met how to find documentation of a case
heard by a traveling judge at BU court I would be most
appreciative.
