Need to begin research on two topics for a civil action in
which I am a defendant in California. I have a "team" of
attorney's that I am confident in, however, I do want to
be somewhat educated myself in the process. Where should
I begin. The case involves easements along waterfront
property that has eroded significantly into an old
abandoned roadway in and Antiquated Subdivision.
