    This would not be grounds for a restraining order.
    You could however file for a divorce. Most jurisdictions will
    issue a temporary domestic order (or whatever its called
    where you live) that will not allow either party to do this.
    If they don't issue a TDO, then you can file simultaniously
    for an Order for Status Quo.
