My Daughters boyfriends nephews step-mother went to welfare
and told them that her step son spent alot of time with his
aunt and uncle and that the uncle was arrested for rape and
pleaded to a lesser charge, and stated that they should be
investigated. I know for a fact the he wasnt arrested for
rape, he was arrested for ading and abetting a runaway (my
duaghter) this was years ago and all issues between us have
been resolved. My question is does my daughter and her
boyfriend have legal recoure to sue this idiotic woman?
