Most of the time i can find things ( problems ) in drywall that homeowner can't see. If you can't see the drywall work then do this. Get a drop light and hold it over the fixed area. Look for shadows , sanding marks , difference in texture , air bubbles in the drywall mud. If this is good drywall work and has new paint on it then it will be very hard for a homeowner to see. Take your time and move the light side to side !! 1 Drywall patch should have not cost you that much.... How Big is this repair ?
