I recently moved from Arizona to New Jersey to get clean
off heroin. I Od'd in Arizona back in April and the polie
found heroin on me. I was taken to the ER and wasn't
informed I had any charges against me. I spoke to my father
today and he informed me that the police had come to his
house looking for me. I'm afraid I may have been charged
with felony possesion of narcotics without knowing it. My
question is will New Jersey extradite me back to Arizona?
I'm trying to get my life backon track in another stateand
don't need to be sent back toArizona to do jail time for
some stupid mistake I made in the past. Please advise
because this is cauing me a lot of stress.
