I am renting a house for 2 years now. The landlord wanted
to sell the house to us by this 12/31 (with 6 weeks
notice). We decided not to buy the house because he wanted
10k more than what the property was worth. Our lease
agreement goes until May, 2001. If he decides to sell to
someone else, or rent to someone else, how much time is he
legally required to give us to leave? 30 days? 60 days?
90 days?

Could someone tell me where I can find this info online for
my state (PA)?
