Some background, the investment company I am dealing with
has only a call center involved in communicating to me
about this. I wasn't informed that my mailed-in-check
wouldn't go directly into the fund distribution that I
had setup, it went into a holding account. I am seeking
liability on the investment company's part for the lost
earnings from this check not "go directly into the fund
distribution" They are refusing to send me a written
letter to me stating that they aren't liable for this
check not being properly invested. I am seeking direction
on how to influence the investment company to pay me my lost
investment growth.
