Hello i have a question about broad form renters insurance i have a policy with farmers insurance its a broad form policy the house i rent all of sudden developed mold from mostiure on the sheetrock its every where in the house on the exterior walls and is all over our things beds ect the insurance payed for temp housing my daughter has asthma it is black mold they said they where sending a engineer out to look at the house and inspect the house i was wondering if the insurance is liable for our belongings and if something is wrong with the house would that keep the insurnce from paying for our things or medical bills we have had snow and ice on the ground for 22 days they maybe caused the damage/mold/mostiure/ thanks for any help
