I was recently sued after a car crash, the vehicle was parked so there was no personal injury involved in the case, the person that I hit signed a release stating that he excepts the amount of money offered for the accident & has since cahsed the check, the release fully states that he accepts the terms of the release & that by signing this agreement he releases ,acquit & forever discharges my self & my insurance company from any further costs damages or actions by signing the agrrement, which he did, then he sues me we go to court the judge agrred with what the agreement stated then receive the verdict stating that I have to now pay him additional money, I am hoping to provide a signed release that from county records or somehow which sets a precendence, Sorry I am Bodybuilder if the spelling is wrong, or any other information I can provide showing that this verdict is incorrect, I have obtained a copy of section 1549-1550 that is about contact agreements, I would very much appreciate any information or assistance that you would be able to provide, Thanking you in advance Guy
