I'm representing a client who suffered loss as a result of
the negligence and false representations of the investment
company in which he invested large amounts of money.I'm now
in the process of preparing the statement of claim and I
suspect that the prayer might be complicated. The action is
also against the government in Italy and the stock
exchange's board. Can any of the experts suggest a possible
prayer. I've already prepared one but want to be sure that
it contains all we can possibly ask for.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
