Is it illegal for a psychiatrist to examine a patient
without anyone present in the office?( no secretary,
nurse, other patients or anyone else in the whole office,
lobby or waiting room) It was a workers comp M.D. P.C.
interrogating me and i definately felt uncomfortable, he
was even asking question about my sex life? ( i refused to
answer those) I know it was unethical but is it also
illegal?
