I ruptured 2 cervical discs @ work and had surgery-
successful 7/98 returned to work, kept the "life time
medical" in my settlement and life went well till,
7/17/2000, I awoke unable to ambulate, 911 emergency
surgery. The finding was a major rupture above the 7/98
steele locking plate. Again, lucky me with minimal
residual impact on a physical level but the BS is VERY
stressful. I"ve been permenant and stationary since
October, living on State Disability because of the
insurance company. I just now got voch rehab., and have
yet to get my back workmans comp payment diff.
