Re: Florida Law for Marriage Anullment
Posted by Tim Winstead on 7/30/07

I need some advice please. I ( a few months prior to last february)
became legally divorced. For reasons I wont go into here, I fell in
love with another woman and our relationship blossomed. We were
married on the 25th of this past february and shortly after that, it
became apparent to me that an underlying drug problem existed and the
extent of this problem was such that I am now in financial ruin.
Although I still lover her very much, I cannot and will not honor the
integrity of our marriage any longer. She dissappears for days at a
time and her whereabouts are unknown to me as I am writing this. What
I want to know is: What is the legal standard in florida for
persuing a anullment when one is less that 6 months into a marriage?
    I don't want to do this...but I have to.
