It's a software package called ZEBRA. It's a touchscreen interface where symbols can be customized to create dictation paragraphing and a handheld PDA can be used for confidential dictation. The PDA can be networked to the main database where all transcribing takes place. Hard copy documentation is easy and there is never a need to pay a third party for transcription. The actually process is faster and more efficient than methods used now. There are a lot more functionalities to the software...if you want more info contact me.
