The Military Hospitals are far more advanced than
civilian in the US.

#1 Burn Center in the World: Army's Texas Burn Center.

#1 Orthopedic and Bone Hospital in the World: Navy's Blboa Hospital
in San Diego.

#1 Internal Medicine (ENT, GI/GU, Endocrine) Hospital in
the United States: Bethesda Navy Hospital.

The only thing that military doctors are behind in is MALPRACTICE.
Where a civilian doctor can be only sued; Military Doctors
look at 15 to 20 years in prison.

Civilian medical facilities claim that the new PCB based
pharmaceuticals make them more advanced than the military's
conservative appraoch to medications. However, they don't
have to ensure that patients are completely healthy and
physically able to work within time restrictions.

Colostomies are now considered criminal practice in
Europe, Asia, and South America unless a doctor can prove that
they had no other alternative.

In military medicine, the knowledge gained from combat
trauma surgery has given them the practical edge over every
doctor who has never served in military service.

Civilian HMOs even turn down The DOD "Goat School" bcause they
think that disabling a human is better than learning through
practical experience the many ways to repair living animal
and human tissue.

This part I was saving for another post. However, it fits
in here perfectly.

A friend of mine who has been suffering with severe ENT
problems since 2001 has just had his problems cured by
the old standard of Prendisone and Penicilin from a Retired
Navy Female Jewish Doctor. The local HMO's and practicioners
were feeding him PCB based drugs which caused other severe
medical problems. In 7 days from the only visit to this
NAVY DOCTOR that his retired Navy SeaBee Father sent him too
he was completely cured of the ENT maladies.

The Doctor has him on an exercise and diet program to clean
the PCB poisoning from his body. (He was scrawny when he
developed his medical problem. The treatment fromm the
civilian doctors turned him into the characature of a Cancer
or dieing AIDS patient.
