    If the original Cat scan should a mass that was missed than
    you have a potential claim. The arguement on the other side
    will be that a 5 month missed diagnosis would not have made a
    difference. This is a good arguement. I am affraid most
    attorney's may not take the case unless it was atleast a year
    in delay in diagnosis.
