I had carpal tunnel surgery last week and the dr cut my
ring finger and used butterfly stiches then he cut my pinky
almost in half and had to use stiches now my pinky is numb
and there is lots of pain . The dr said nothing about
stiches only he cut the fivers and used the butterfy tape
nothing about stiches now the finger looks like there is
going to be a really bad scar and the fact that I can't
feel half of my pinky. What can I do the dr was incompetent
I'm very upset and to top it off his office ignored my
request for stronger pain meds even though he promised me
he would make sure the pain meds would be adjusted if
ineeded them but no I was ignored so I had to go to one of
my other drs to get the proper pain meds 3days later 3days
of utter he'll because I'm diabetic my nerve pain was even
worse. Is there any legal action I can take against the dr?
