Would like to find out if what i experienced is grounds for
a law suit against the optometrist's business...

Went to pick-up my eyeglasses and came back home. Half an
hour later, my phone rang and it was the optometrist's
front desk clerk. He asked if i was single, then asked if i
was straight or gay. I answered. This had nothing to do
with my eyeglasses. Does this constitute a violation of
business malpractice? thanks, rj
