When I went in for my partial hysterectomy in march of 2008 they made me take a physical first before I had the surgery, but guess what I something different wrong with me when I got out and my problem isn't any better. I am going to check with a lawyer too. I have had so many things on my mind about another situation, I'm going to look into this one too. Best of luck and I hope your mother gets better. Don't let some of those doctor's push you around.
