It is legal in all states, as long as the consumer is
contacting the matching service and giving permission to be
contacted by an attorney. The attorney client privilege is not
being established until the consumer decides to retain the
attorney. If you are a personal injury attorney or a general
practice attorney, call me at 817-355-5033. I am able to
provide attorney's with prequalified leads with full case
detail to any subscribing attorney. All of it is legal and
approved by the bar.
