I need a lawyer,lots of people need a good lawyer, and when
we find them, we spread the word like wildfire. I need a
good fighting lawyer THAT I CAN AFFORD or will let me make
lifetime payments or something, & continguency, on about 5
intentional torts that need to be filed & 2 others things.I
am afraid that the time limit is up on most. I'd be willing
to go 50% or more on most, just to get them done, if still
possible. I realize you are probably new, and don't belong
to a firm, so don't have the expertise to fall back on.
Thats OK, if you fight, research, learn, ask, work with your
client to at least do your head. Most lawyers mistake: think
they know it all,don't, do nothing planned by client and
them, try to make a back door handshake,don't file, lie,
then try to bill hugely. Yuk. Thats where bad lawyer jokes
come from. You can be intregtied, still fight well, and your
