All I can say is good luck Deborah. I have extensive mold in my
home for water damages which were fully covered and originally
being paid for by my insurance company. They even sent out
THEIR own contractor to make repairs. Their contractor started
tear out then quit claiming they did not have enough manpower
to do my job. My company did not pay me of one month until I
discovered mold then growing. They said they wanted to make the
mold another claim and charged me with another deductible. I
had my home tested for mold and found several toxic types were
now growing. I became very ill and even went and had blood
testing done. Even though I have lots of evidence and being
told I have a good case by lawyers, no one seems to want to
take it because it has mold involved. I am being told that
attorneys, even those who were big mold firms, are weeding out
mold claims due to judges, etc. It appears no matter what the
case, if ANY mold is involved, attorneys just do not want to
get involved anymore. Good luck to you and if you hear of any
good attorneys, please pass their name(s) and contact numbers
on to me if you please. Again, good luck to you guys. TW.
