Once the mold was discovered, they paid me some funds then decided deny the rest claiming I failed to make repairs. (Even though they told me not to, their contractor quit and they did not pay me before discovering mold; mold I feel they caused to grow!) Good luck to you and if you hear of any > good attorneys, please pass their name(s) and contact numbers > on to me if you please. Again, good luck to you guys. TW. P.S. My company put me up in a Corporate Housing apartment which began growing lots of mold from an upstairs commode overflow. My new furniture became contaminated with mold and a doctor wrote that unless my furniture was thoroughly cleaned, it would have to be discarded. My doctor stated that I can not take the furniture with me because I was that allergic to that type of mold. Now my furniture has disappered and I now have to live in a small trailer in my drive way. My company refuses to give me enough money to get my house repaired though I have both the coverage and enough policy limits.
