Hi Rich,

Lets start off with the basics of marketing. You must become an
expert within your practice area. Build up your expert status,
notify the news, and talk shows that you are available to
comment on breaking news. Additionally I would suggest that you
write a short book, or at least a report. Publish it (even if
it is self published). A published author is always more
"expert" appeal than an expert who is not published.

I would suggest that you send video e-mail, and perhaps podcast
a show on bankruptcy, the new laws, and what it really means to
the prospective client. The entire podcasting and video e-mail
will cost less than $150.00 complete. I have found them to be
most effective.
