Post: RUBIO Fails to Live Up to Promises

Rubio owes me money! I have a civil judgment against him
and his company for
failing to refund my purchase price as he stated he would
in his advertisements
and his letters. I returned the items. They were so full
of mispellings and
grammer errors, I just did not have faith in the product
sufficient to warrant
the purchase price. I returned it pursuant to his "no
questions" asked offer
and he failed to pay me any money back. I sued, won
judgment, and now he will
not return my calls.
