I was about to say the scope of the practice, but potential
clients call frequent about is not listed. If for example,
a Yellow Pages ad were to include the line "Practice limited
to X, Y, and Z. I do not handle family law or tip-pooling
cases," you can bet George would gloss right over that and
call anyway.
