    True, but never taking the call in the first place is even
    quicker. My support staff has authority to purse the marketing
    agenda for me. If they can't handle it, I replace them with
    someone who can. So maybe the answer to the original post is to
    forget about marketing to lawyer and instead find out who the
    real decision maker is. Then market to them.
