    Hi,

My mother and I have been charged in (2006) with H&S 11364.7
because ABC Smokeshop Corporation has a license issued by
the City of San Diego to allow the company to sell the items
    mentioned (i.e. as authorized by law (H&S 11364.5. (a)).
The City of San Diego gave authorization and issued the
license (i.e. as authorized by law (H&S 11364.5. (a)). We
want to retain your services. We need someone who is
willing to fight and go to trial with witnesses being
subpoenaed, Pitches motion being filed i.e these officers
have a history of falsifying reports see case no. Gic
848888, case no.Gic 849194, discovery conducted, and research.

A Pitchess motion has been filed and was denied a judge
Weathers who is a (former San Diego Police Officer). A
Motion to Quash Search Warrant and to Suppress Evidence was
filed i.e there is no such thing as a misdemeanor search
warrant was denied by judge Weathers who is a (former San
    Diego Police Officer). . On Oct. 2, 2007, at 8:30 a.m. we
attended the status conference. in Dept. 41: THEODORE M.
    WEATHERS

    220 W. Broadway, San Diego 92102.

    Case No.: M002119-01 STATUS CONFERENCE;
    Case No.: M002119-02 STATUS CONFERENCE

However, Judge Theodore M. Weathers (a former police
officer) in Dept. 41 granted the continuance and postponed
the hearing to November 28, 2007 at 8:30 a.m. because the
prosecutor Makini Hammond said, “I have a paid vacation
scheduled to China.” (NOTE: I should have told him I want a
    paid vacation to China also.)

On October 29, 2007, the Prosecutor Makini Hammond filed an
amended complaint (filed a year and nine months later)

Can you help dispose these completely frivilous charges?
Please call me at 619-312-5902 at your earliest convenience
    and we need representation A.S.A.P.

    Steve K

Ps. please only affordable flat fees or contingencies
