Receivership services nationwide continues to bridge the
gap between the bank, investors and privately held
companies to assist them with management of their real
property assets and in maintaining the value of their
properties.

While the need for receivership services changed
drastically in the last part of the 1990’s, the need for
these services has increased dramatically in the last few
years. Receivership companies found it necessary to re-
evaluate the current conditions in the marketplace and are
marketing to the banks, investors and privately held
companies who are looking for their return in investment.

Court receiverships changed drastically since 2007
