Hi my name is Brian Tessen i work at the Rio hotel@casino from july 25th 01- august 25 03.I will try to make this short as possible for you, i just need to if i have a leg to stand on for wrongful termination case against the RIO.Here is what happen on june 13, 2003 i made a reservationat the employee rate of 50$ per night for august 13-14, 2003 for a suite for my parents on the occasion of their 35th wedding anniversary. The reservation, as entered by myself was approved by supervisor and depatment manager. I check on my resv on july 21, 2003 an ddiscovered the market rate for the room was showing in place of the previously approved $50 employee rate.I then over-rode that pricing and replaced the original employee rate of $50. I did not know that by over- riding the room rate to replace it with the employee rate that a complementary code was entered for the reservation in the employers reserevation system.The entering of the complementary code was a mistake that i was unaware of this. Then before i even check in i paid 1 night room and tax on my debt card august 8th 2003 5days before check then on august 14th , 2003 i check into the room with my parents and paid for the second night in cash which i have all the receipts to show you.
