Re: Toxic Tort Mold Attorney Needed
Posted by Jackie on 3/01/05
I've been dealing with health issues related to breathing and heart palpitations. I even had a catheter ablation when my cardiologist recommended it and none of the doctors I met with would believe me that something was wrong with my house. When a mold inspector finally found the mold in the attic, I left the house and all my symptoms disappeared. I had it remediated, moved back in, and now am having problems again. The mold inspector I used said he's seen it before, I'm hypersensitive to the mold. I'm trying to sue the people I bought the defective house from, but it's an uphill battle. There are good lawyers out there in Wisconsin doing these cases now, I just have to find a good one. I had an inexperienced one that withdrew from my case before we could settle after I asked him to be honest. If I have any luck, I will post the information. Doctors don't want to listen. The problem was real for my mom who is at my house three days a week and for my two kids. If I find a doctor that listens, I will also post.
