I am interested in purchasing this vehical. However the
credit corp has the title and will not give it up. The car
was towed a year ago and the tow company has no space for
it. The tow company has a storage bill of 16,000 and the
credit corp is not responding. I am willing to purchase the
car? What can I do. Is a mechanics lien possible?
