    have been violated. Maybe the 5th amendment (due process)
    and the 6th amendment (right to speedy trial. It is hard to
    win a non-speedy trial case for state charges. Your best bet
    is to confir with an attorney though. Goiod luck. 2 years is
    an aweful long time between being charged and being
    arriagned.
