Post: Misdmeanor embezzlement

About a week ago I was finger printed and was given a
ticket for embezzlemt, a misdmeanor. I have to go to court
Oct 2. I'm so scared of going to jail. I have no prior
offenses and it was under 100$. I have no money for an
attorney and have no idea what to do. please help I only
have one day.
