Post: provisional liscense consequences

My boyfriends son is 17 and has a provisional liscense and
was out at 4 o clock in the morning and his lisence does not
allow him to be out until 5am. He recieved a ticket and i
was wanting to know what the consequences would be.
As well, if he is caught speeding accessivily which we
have just learned that he does, if he gets pulled over will
his liscense be taken for a year?
and can we possibly call in annoymously and give them his
tag number so that they can themselves pull him for speeding?
