    He IS to appear in court on Thursday. If he doesn't, they
    will suspend his license and issue a bench warrant for his
    arrest.

    You should hire a lawyer. He has 3 serious violations for a
    teen drive and the regulations for his provisional license
    states what he can/can't do. The resistration ticket is
    usually dismissed if you produce it but as for the speeding
    ticket and the violation of his license provisions, you need
    an attorney or he will suffer the consequences.
