Jay- The GA Attorney's exam is one day. There are five
questions. Three of the questions are from any other the GA
subjects and the multistate questions (like on the July 05
test there was a Constitional law question). Then there are
two MPT questions which are like closed memos. They give you
the facts and the law and you have to write a document based
on the information provided. I took the GA Attorney's Bar in
July 05 and almost ran out of time answering the first MPT
question so time management is also an issue. I'd recommend
that you keep an eye on the time with you are writing your
response to the MPT question. I clearly could have written
way more in my response to make a product I would have
presented in my practice but time did not premit so I gave
them the basics (which I guess was enough because I passed).
