Tennessee has a non-accredited school that is allowed to take
the bar. Nashville School of Law. Fair note: TN's bar is very
old school- focused on criminal law...
As for messing up on high school grades, well, try to get into
the best college/university you can (hard right now - this
year and predicted next year - record applications for
schools.) Your best bet - go to a 2 year school or community
college - study hard and get a 4.0 or A's all the way thru -
then transfer to a better college/university. (make sure the
credits will transfer anywhere before going to that
2year/community college.) I did this after screwing up (went
into engineering without any physics, calculus, chemistry
background - did not do well - failed 1st year college.) After
going to a 2 year school (graduated summa cum laude) went to a
top undergrad school (got scholarship $ too) then got into to
a top 25 school and wait listed at a top 15. Note: you have to
take fundamental courses anyway, such as english, history,
math, might as well take them at a 2 year/community college -
    cheaper too.
