I want to move to Florida, I am licensed in Puerto
Rico. I guess my question is really, can I rent office
space and hang a shingle and pratice Immigration law in
Florida without FL State bar membership. I only want to do
this until I can pass the Florida bar. I will keep my PR
law license active.
