me and my 11year old son was liveing in Singing river apts
in 2005 after katrina there was black mold around the the
air vents.me and my son stayed on the shealter boat ,but
since my landloard dicided to paint over the black mold we
could not stay there.we both suffer with multple lungs
diesease and othere medical problems i have noticed that
our problems are getting wrose.she even charged me for
oct.rent when i found out after paying sept.rent that she
was not suppose to charge us renters rent payments after
katrina.until dec.1.so come November she filed for
evacuation.i was woundering could i sue them black
balling us
