I am in Miami, Florida. I am looking for an attorney in
California to represent me. Can somebody recommend an
attorney in California preferably in the San Francisco
area?

We have a business of selling English bulldog puppies
under the name of Beverly Hills Puppies, Inc. The
puppies are advertised via the internet,
www.beverlyhillspuppies.com. In 2009 we sold and
shipped a live puppy from Florida to a buyer in the State
of California. The buyer is asserting that the puppy
got sick. He has now brought legal action in a
California court.

We need an attorney in California to raise the issue of
venue and to file for dismissal and or to transfer the
case to Miami-Dade County pursuant to the Beverly Hills
Puppies, Inc. warranty. Please email or call us.
