Out of state Qui Tam plaintiff seeks California attorney
who is member of California Bar in good standing and
admitted to bar of USDC N.D.Cal for CA and US Qui Tam
filing with N.D.Cal. $500 for filing plus future work on
time and costs basis. Contingent profit sharing not
available.
